Math:
We are working on division. Students are learning to divide 2 and 3-digit dividends by 2-digit divisors. Please review with your child at home. This is a difficult process.
We will begin our unit on Angles Friday, Jan. 8, 2010!
Science:
We are learning about weather. Students will be learning about weather instruments, clouds, and weather symbols. Encourage your child to tell you what type of cloud is in the sky. Also, weather maps are found in the Savannah Morning News each day. Have your child discuss the weahter symbols found on the map.
We will begin our Simple Machines unit of Monday, Jan. 11, 2010!
